In our last newsletter we let you know that our support desk  telephone numbers had changed.  Just to continue with this process we would like to just remind you of these numbers as the old numbers will shortly be taken out of service.

BAR Affiliation

We would like to announce that Enhanced Operating Systems, creators of the MoveMan Pro software, has recently become an affiliated member of the BAR.  We have always worked very closely with BAR members and are proud of the work we do with its members.  We hope this will further our relationship with BAR and its members and look forward to the future.

MoveMan.Net Product Release 

To keep MoveMan Pro developing as a business solution for removal companies of all sizes, we have developed an on-line version of MoveMan.  The product is the same in functionality but is provided on our severs and accessed over broadband.  All a company needs is a low spec computer and broadband internet access.

This service is charged on a  per month per user basis  which gives a very low level on initial investment for companies wishing to adopt the MoveMan Pro system.  Within the monthly rental charge is support for the product and regular updates.

Conferences

This year the MoveMan team will be at the Britannia Conference and the BAR Conference.  Please come and see us to meet the team and have a look at all the new developments for MoveMan and MoveMan for TabletPC and also to talk through and ideas or feedback that you have.

Upgrades and Reinstalls

Just a little note to kindly ask any of you considering upgrading or reinstalling servers and PC's to call us before proceeding.  We will always help you but want to make sure that we will be able to assist you fully on your chosen day.  Ideally it would be great to have a weeks notice but understand this is not always possible.  All advance warning would be greatly appreciated.

Postcode Renewals

On a final note if you would like to renewal your postcode software please contact Marquerite on 0870 4288 412 to discuss your options and how to move forward.  The software is renewed on a yearly basis so if you are due for a renewal we will try to contact you but please contact us if you are unsure or need to renew now.
