Once the survey has
been carried out a quote can be quickly raised using the various user
defined templates or individual requirements and then printed or emailed
directly to the client formatted with your company letterhead. This
gives you the ability to present to your client without the cost of
pre-printed stationery or postal charges.
MoveMan Pro offers the ability to follow-up your quotations quickly and
easily, ensuring that you never miss a sales opportunity. Once that
opportunity has been realised the quotation can be quickly converted
into a job.
After the job has been resourced using the user-defined employee and
vehicle preferences, the final step is to raise the invoice for the
work. Again, MoveMan makes this quick and easy to do at the click of a

One of the great features of MoveMan Pro, that will save you lots of time,
is our storage system. For each storage record, containers can be
allocated based on their availability then invoiced when they are due,
without having to keep track of due dates, client names and storage
rates. The system does this all for you, just set up the time period
that you want to bill for each client and MoveMan Pro takes it from
there.
EOS recognises that any time saved is critical to the financial performance
of the company. It is with this ethos that MoveMan has been designed to
eliminate retyping the same information. After the initial enquiry is
taken all the information is continually automatically re-entered to
prevent retyping. Also our Sage Developer status means that MoveMan can
send Client Details and Invoices direct to Sage, but do not worry if you
don’t use Sage as we can link to most accounting systems. Making
