Simon Maystre BSc (Hons.)
Simon completed a degree in Computer Sciences from Anglia University and immediately sought to put his technical skills to good use by developing a removals based administration software for his fathers business.  After forming the basis of what we know as MoveMan today, Simon set-up Enhanced Operating Systems to further develop and market this software to other removal companies so that they could all benefit.  Simon's leadership and direction have taken the company further into developing MoveMan on an increased number of platforms to benefit all removal companies, from web based client access and TabletPC based surveying to SQL for reliability and productivity.

Serge Jivnovodenko BSc (Hons.)
Serge joined EOS as a developer in November 2002.  Having completed his Computer Sciences degree from East London University, Serge had numerous development roles for a large blue chip company.  Having quickly established himself at EOS as a developer, Serge has put his development experience to good use and is also a fundamental part of the support team.  Serge is also very good with .php scripting and has completed some good web-based projects for EOS.

Chris Elson BA (Hons.) MCP
Chris joined EOS in the winter of 2004 to fill a technical support and systems consultancy role.  Having 6 years experience in an IT management role at a large removal company specialising in all aspects of the marketplace, Chris brought with him a great knowledge of how to streamline and increase productivity and efficiency of the support provision.  In addition to his support background Chris brings with him the knowledge as to how best implement MoveMan over small to large installations, as well as good knowledge on software management, IT procurement and network configurations and installations.

Marquerite Maystre
Marquerite joined Enhanced Operating Systems at its inception and brought with her a wealth of removals experience.  Having jointly run three removal companies, Marquerite has an in-depth knowledge of how the industry is run and what is required from a software package.  Marquerite has a strong accounting background, giving her insights into accounting practices in the removals industry. In addition to controlling the accounts for EOS.  Marquerite has also been training on and supporting the MoveMan product.

Karl Winrow Bsc. (Hons.) (Australia)
Karl provides installation and general support for MoveMan in Australia which he has been doing since 2002. Karl has a degree from Loughbrough University, UK in computer design engineering. He spent 6 years working in the removals industry, as IT manager for Britannia Harrison and Rowley, UK prior to moving to beautiful Mandurah, Australia.

Spencer Phillips (Web design)
Spencer Phillips provides web design support for EOS and has worked in web design for 3 years with a major blue chip company and web design agency. Spencer also has skills in Flash design and 3D animations.
